Job Description:
Compensation & Benefits Total compensation estimated up to around $145
K Hybrid:
3 days in office in Richmond per week Flexible schedule (arriving to & leaving the office daily) Option to work nine hour days and receive 26 Fridays off per year. 12.5% bonus, 4% retirement contribution, 4% 401k match Excellent vacation, sick time, holidays, and healthcare benefits Frequent promotions Average employee tenure of 18 years
Requirements:
Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance, Masters preferred CPA or CPA candidate Public accounting experience desired 4+ years accounting/audit experience Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
Responsibilities:
Lead technical accounting research and implementation for various business projects & initiatives. Provide accounting guidance to various accounting departments. Research and document complex accounting issues and company conclusions. Explain complex accounting to senior management, auditors, and regulators. Research, document, and support adoption of new accounting standards. Help prepare and review SEC disclosures (10-K, 10-Q). Liaise with internal teams and external auditors on accounting matters.
