Job Description

A growing healthcare organization is seeking a highly analytical and hands-on FP&A Manager to support budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and operational finance initiatives across the organization. This is a confidential search for a high-impact role that will partner closely with finance, operations, and executive leadership teams. This is a hands-on, high-producing individual contributor role requiring strong analytical capabilities, ownership of deliverables, and the ability to independently drive financial reporting and analysis in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Support the financial planning and analysis functions for a healthcare management organization supporting physician practices Gather, consolidate, and analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement Assist with monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and long-range financial planning processes Work closely with accounting teams to understand monthly fluctuations and support accurate financial reporting and forecasting Prepare recurring financial reports, dashboards, and analyses for leadership review Partner with operational departments to understand business drivers and financial impact of operational changes Assist in developing and maintaining financial models and reporting tools Support process improvement initiatives related to financial reporting, budgeting, and operational analytics Coordinate effectively with multiple departments and levels of management regarding financial and operational results Operate as a highly engaged, hands-on finance professional with the ability to independently manage multiple financial analyses, reporting deliverables, and forecasting activities simultaneously May supervise FP&A analysts and/or other finance support staff Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required Minimum 3-5 years of accounting and/or finance experience Healthcare experience required Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling Strong Excel and financial systems skills Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Preferred Qualifications MBA or other advanced degree preferred Experience with Microsoft D365 Experience supporting operational finance initiatives and reporting Additional Information Full-time, exempt position Competitive compensation and benefits package Confidential search - organization details will be shared during the interview process
