Onsite in Santa Monica, CA, Los Angeles, Chicago, or NYC Our client seeks a temporary Manager to support Strategic Projects within the Streaming Solutions group under Client Partnerships. The role helps build and scale initiatives that drive multi-platform revenue growth across streaming content. The position centers on developing cross-platform strategies, performing financial analysis, and creating executive-level materials that influence business decisions and revenue performance. This is a hybrid role with 2-4 days onsite. Preferred locations are Los Angeles, Chicago, or New York. Remote candidates will not be considered. Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. $50.00 to $60.21/hr. w2Responsibilities:
Own the annual strategic and financial plan for streaming revenue growth, including goal setting, forecasting, and executive reporting. Manage and improve revenue tracking processes across Airtable and reporting tools, partnering with the Airtable Specialist and Client Partnerships teams. Maintain the streaming expense budget, including payment processing, financial analysis, and monthly reporting in partnership with Finance. Lead the creation of quarterly global content slate views with Programming, Communications, and Executive Leadership to support sales across regions. Develop and maintain content sneak peek materials, including trackers, briefs, and talking points for leadership and client meetings. Build executive presentations end-to-end and support ad hoc analyses for key strategic initiatives. Represent Client Partnerships in cross-functional discussions with DTC to drive alignment across Disney+ and Hulu. Partner across teams to identify innovative ad sales opportunities tied to content, audience insights, and product capabilities. Lead coordination of global content slate planning across regions including US, CA, LatAm, EMEA, and ANZ to support revenue-driving sales strategies.Experience Requirements:
Background in consulting, investment banking, strategy, or streaming. Strong business acumen across finance, marketing, product, legal, and analytics. Advanced skills in financial modeling, data analysis, and executive-level storytelling and presentations. Ability to convert ambiguous concepts into structured strategies and execution plans. Track record of driving monetization opportunities at scale. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to operate independently and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.Preferred:
