Job Summary:
•The Accounting Manager is responsible for leading key revenue and membership accounting functions within complex healthcare environments, including Medicaid, Medicare Advantage (DSNP/CSNP), and ACO contracts. This role manages critical components of the financial close process, ensures compliance with revenue recognition standards, and oversees high-risk balance sheet accounts. The Accounting Manager partners cross-functionally to support accurate financial reporting, forecasting, and business decision-making while providing leadership and guidance to accounting staff. •
Key Responsibilities:
•+ Lead assigned portions of the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness. + Review and approve complex journal entries and accounting transactions. + Ensure alignment of revenue and membership data across systems such as RAM, ECAP, and UHC reporting. + Oversee high-risk balance sheet reconciliations, including revenue, accounts receivable, intercompany, and eliminations. + Analyze variances, challenge assumptions, and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies. + Maintain compliance with SOX requirements and internal control standards; ensure audit-ready documentation. + Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external audits related to revenue and close activities. + Review and approve key financial reporting deliverables. + Partner with FP&A to support forecasting, trend analysis, and variance explanations. + Act as a subject matter expert in healthcare revenue and membership accounting. •Education•+ Bachelor's Degree What's in this Accounting Manager position for you?

Pay Details:
