DeHamer Landscaping About the Role We are seeking a highly organized, hands-on Operations & Finance Manager to oversee our day-to-day financial operations while also supporting internal business operations and office management. This is a hybrid role ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats—owning core financial processes while helping keep the business running smoothly behind the scenes. You'll work closely with leadership and play a key role in maintaining operational efficiency and financial clarity. Key Responsibilities Finance & Accounting Manage day-to-day accounting operations (AP/AR, invoicing, payroll coordination) Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely reporting Assist with monthly and year-end close processes Support budgeting and basic financial forecasting Coordinate with external CPA/accounting partners as needed Monitor cash flow and help track key financial metrics Operations & Office Management Oversee general office operations, vendors, and supplies Support internal processes and improve operational workflows Assist with HR-related administration (onboarding, benefits coordination, documentation) Manage company subscriptions, contracts, and administrative systems Help coordinate internal communications and team logistics Qualifications 3-7+ years of experience in accounting, finance, operations, or a similar role Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial processes Highly organized with strong attention to detail Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment Proactive problem-solver who takes ownership of responsibilities Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, similar) Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally Nice to Have Experience in a small or growing business environment Exposure to budgeting, forecasting, or financial analysis Familiarity with HR or people operations processes AIA Billing Experience Why This Role High visibility and direct collaboration with leadership Opportunity to shape and improve internal systems and processes A dynamic role with a mix of finance and operational responsibilities Room for growth as the company continues to scale Compensation & Benefits $70,000 -$130,000 Annual Salary PTO Health Insurance Life Insurance 401KSimilar remote jobs
