Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Product Manager to join one of our Technology Services clients and sit fully remote. This individual will own the vision, requirements, delivery, and adoption of seller-facing commercial tools, starting with a pricing guidance platform that provides real-time margin intelligence to the sales team at the point of quoting. This Product Manager will act as the day-to-day product owner, defining product requirements, managing an external build partner, and leading user acceptance testing (UAT) with frontline sales teams. They will drive pilot rollout efforts, track product performance, and iterate based on user feedback to ensure strong adoption across the organization. The role will partner closely with Sales, Revenue Operations, Finance, and IT to translate business workflows into clear, actionable product specifications. This individual will also own and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business priorities while scaling the platform over time. Beyond the initial pricing tool, this person will oversee a broader pipeline of revenue intelligence products as the organization builds out its internal product and engineering function. This role requires someone comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment, building structure where processes and product functions are still being established, and leveraging AI tools throughout the product lifecycle for requirements, testing, and iteration. - 5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably focused on commercial tools, revenue operations, or seller-facing applications
- Proven experience owning products end-to-end from requirements through delivery and user adoption
- Hands-on experience using AI tools in product management workflows (requirements drafting, testing, evaluation, or AI-enabled product features)
- Experience defining product requirements and managing external build partners or vendors
- Ability to translate business workflows into technical product specifications across Engineering, Data, and Operations teams
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including presenting roadmaps, pilot results, and product updates to senior leadership
- Experience operating in digital transformation environments or building new internal tools from scratch
- Strong backlog management and prioritization skills (Jira, Confluence, or similar tools)
- Experience in professional services, consulting, or client-facing technology organizations
- Familiarity with CPQ/ERP tools such as NetSuite or ConnectWise
- Experience working with data pipelines, ETL processes, or alongside data engineering teams
- Background in pricing strategy, margin analytics, or revenue operations tooling
- Experience with BI/data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker) for reporting and product metrics
- Industry experience in IT services, technology distribution, or the channel business model
