We are seeking a Revenue Cycle Management Lead to join our growing Revenue Cycle team. This role serves as a key partner to the Director of Revenue Cycle Management and combines analytics, process improvement, and team leadership responsibilities. Job DescriptionAbout the RoleThe Revenue Cycle Management Lead will serve as the right hand to the Director of Revenue Cycle Management, helping drive operational excellence, reporting, process improvement, and team success across the organization.

This role is ideal for a revenue cycle professional who enjoys solving problems, analyzing data, improving workflows, and supporting the development of others. The successful candidate will provide guidance and support to a team of two while partnering with leadership to identify opportunities for improvement and drive results.
