We will provide, licensing support, mentorship, sales training, and a leadership development path for individuals seeking long term professional growth and advancement within a fast growing company. This role is for individuals with experience in sales, business development, leadership, client relations, or recruiting. We do not do cold calling, door knocking or purchase leads. In this role, you will work directly with individuals, families, and business owners to identify financial protection needs, educate clients on life insurance solutions, and help clients make informed decisions that support long term financial security. You will also assist in recruiter and expansion efforts. Responsibilities Meet with clients to evaluate financial protection needs Educate clients on life insurance and related protection solutions Build and maintain long term client relationships Develop business through referrals, follow-up, and client and agent acquisition systems What We Are Looking For Current life insurance license or willingness to obtain one Strong communication skills and professional presence Self motivation, coachability, and follow through Ability to work independently and manage activity within a hybrid setting Interest in leadership development and long term career growth Helpful backgrounds include: Sales, hospitality, customer service, recruiting, athletics, real estate, mortgage, business development, and other client facing or performance driven industries.
Qualifications:
Ability to obtain (or currently hold) a State Life Insurance License. Strong communication skills and a professional presence. A dedicated home office setup with reliable internet. High school diploma or equivalent required Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred

COMPENSATION
