Job DescriptionJob DescriptionHospital Project Supervisor, PFS (Hybrid) San Antonio, TX Full-Time | Direct Hire or Contract-to-Hire $70,000-$80,000 Salary We're hiring a Hospital Project Supervisor, PFS to support a large healthcare operation tied to one of the country's leading health systems. This position is a great fit for someone with healthcare revenue cycle leadership experience who enjoys leading teams, improving workflows, and being hands-on in daily operations. The role will oversee Patient Financial Services (PFS) staff while partnering closely with operations leadership and client contacts. The opportunity may move forward as either a direct hire or an 800-hour contract-to-hire engagement depending on business needs and candidate preference. Schedule Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM CT Hybrid Schedule First several weeks onsite for training/onboarding After training, the schedule is typically 2 days onsite / 3 days remote Additional onsite days may be needed based on operational needs Responsibilities Oversee daily workflow and performance of PFS/revenue cycle staff Coach and support team members in a metrics-driven environment Monitor productivity, attendance, quality, and compliance standards Serve as a point of contact for client communication and operational support Handle escalated account or patient issues Conduct account reviews, performance discussions, and evaluations Support hiring, onboarding, and staff development efforts Review operational reports and identify trends or process gaps Partner with leadership on workflow improvements and special projects Lead team meetings and maintain a positive team environment Qualifications Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years of relevant experience OR Associate's Degree with 7+ years of relevant experience (Relevant experience may substitute for education) At least 2 years of leadership or people management experience Background in healthcare revenue cycle, PFS, insurance follow-up, billing, collections, or related healthcare operations Experience working in healthcare provider, insurance, or outsourced healthcare environments Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable managing productivity and team performance metrics Preferred Experience Hospital billing or revenue cycle operations Epic or other healthcare billing systems Denials, reimbursement, collections, or insurance operations Excel and reporting experience Why Candidates Are Interested Hybrid flexibility after onboarding Stable healthcare environment with long-term opportunity Leadership role with visibility and growth potential Fast interview process and quick feedback Strong benefits package available Apply Today If you have healthcare operations or revenue cycle leadership experience and are looking for a stable leadership opportunity in San Antonio, we'd like to connect with you.
