Job Description

The Senior Finance Manager plays a key role in providing information that is critical to the development of the Company's strategy. This individual will develop in-depth knowledge of operations and serve as a business advisor to the CFO and Executive Team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Analysis & Performance Reporting:
Manages and leads financial analysis (revenue, cost, profit, cash flow, balance sheet, pricing). Establishes and performs analysis with respect to revenue cycle.
Budgeting and Forecasting:
Prepares and manages annual budgets and regular forecasts of revenue and expenses, capital, and cash flows. Reviews and explains significant account variances when comparing actuals, budgets, and forecasts. Ensures that a robust budgeting and forecasting process and cadence are in place across the organization, providing timely and accurate visibility of operations, sales, profit, and cash flow. Builds and maintains strong, cross-functionality relationships within the Company and its equity partner(s). Acts as the primary resource for analytical insight for the company providing faster, informative reporting. Checks work e-mail on a regular basis throughout the workday. Participate in and complete all required trainings and in-services. Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field of study. At least three (3) years of relevant experience in Financial Planning & Analysis roles within a growing organization. Must have knowledge of Internet and Microsoft Office software (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook). Must have excellent written and oral communication skills, including exceptional customer service. Must be able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with doctors, clinical staff, other co-workers and the public. Must be able to work individually as well as within a team. Must be able to follow both verbal and written instructions. Must be able to work a flexible schedule. Must be able to respond with patience and understanding during stressful conditions related to patient health and emergent situations. Must be able to multi-task and prioritize. Must demonstrate extreme attention to detail. Must possess strong organization skills. Must be able to problem solve and use reasoning. Must be able to meet predefined quality standards. Must maintain and project a professional attitude and appearance at all time. Must possess strong leadership skills and be able to effectively manage and direct others. Must have the ability to analyze and interpret complex and multifaceted issues and present their findings clearly and succinctly. Must understand commercial strategic drivers and advise senior management of financial implications of decisions. Must have strong knowledge of the inner workings of a business P&L statement, balance sheet and cash flow statement. Must be able to think strategically and have leadership experience with an emphasis on building relationships across the organization. Must have experience in organizing, planning, and executing projects from conceptualization through implementation across multiple internal and external reporting and organizational lines. Must have strong systems skills and an ability to help lead the implementation of systems and process re-design to increase the efficiency of key financial processes. Preferred Qualifications:
FP&A experience in a fast-paced, evolving, private equity backed organization. Experience in multi-site, health & wellness services related industries; specifically working with third-party payers. M&A experience, especially in the context of national healthcare platform growth (rapid acquisitions, both small and larger acquisitions, integration of clinical and back office / RCM processes and systems). Tenure working in best-in-class, mature companies as well as more entrepreneurial, fast-growing companies. Master's Degree.
Driving/Travel:
The employee must have reliable transportation. Travel for this position may be required up to 25%. While the primary workplace may be closest to the employee's home, work assignments could be in any of the Company's locations.
Compensation and Benefits:
Pay Range:
$135,000 - $170,000/year
PTO:
Up to 120 hours in first year (pro-rated based on start date)
Holidays:
7 (New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Day After Thanksgiving, Christmas Day)
