This is a management role within the RTX Technology Research Center (RTRC) finance organization. The senior manager will lead the organization in FP&A, accounting & consolidation, and controls. The role serves as a key finance partner to senior leadership to Technology & Global Engineering (T&GE) and RTRC. This position is currently designed to be hybrid with a minimum of three days in the office. This aligned with the finance team at RTRC.What You Will Do:
Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual forecast and planning cycles (AOP, Brochure, LRP) in compliance with government accounting regulations (CAS/FAR) and in alignment with financial commitments Develop and maintain financial models, variance analyses, and performance dashboards that provide leadership with timely, accurate, and actionable insight across the T&GE and RTRC organizations Identify and implement process improvements and reporting enhancements- including Power BI and automated financial workflows

Qualifications We Prefer:
Advanced financial modeling, data analysis, and systems experience- including SAP, Power BI, and related financial platforms. Demonstrated ability to drive reporting automation and process modernization efforts
- including Power BI dashboard development and Power Query-based financial infrastructure.

Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. Ratio of time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader. The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD- 251,600 USD.
