We're partnering exclusively with a leading global asset management firm to hire a Senior Associate for their Private Equity Solutions team . This role offers strong exposure across primaries, co-investments, and secondaries within a highly collaborative investment environment.Location:
West Conshohocken, PA (primarily in-office, 1 day remote flexibility)Compensation:
Up to $175K base + up to $95K bonusTravel :
~40% Domestic Day-to-Day Responsibilities Conduct investment analysis, due diligence, and portfolio monitoring across private equity opportunities Review investment materials and meet with fund managers and company leadership teams Build and oversee financial models (LBO, valuation, return projections, sensitivity analysis) Research industries, companies, and macroeconomic trends to support investment decisions Collaborate on 4-5 person deal teams with senior investment professionals Support execution across primaries, co-investments, and secondaries transactions Lead and mentor junior team members on analytical workstreams Contribute to strategic initiatives across sourcing, business development, and internal processes Requirements 3-5 years of experience in Private Equity, Investment Banking, Consulting, or Fund-of-Funds platforms Experience in co-investments and/or fund investing (primaries) Background working on private markets transactions and investment processes Strong professional presence with the ability to work effectively in a team-based environment Qualifications Bachelor's degree required; MBA is a plus Advanced financial modeling and valuation skills (LBO, comps, fund analysis) Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines High level of intellectual curiosity and interest in private markets Benefits 401(k) +Stock Purchase Plan:
