Sr. Plant Cost Analyst (OOJ - 43788) 85000-110000 / US Dollars / Annual Salary NPAworldwide Recruitment Network update Last updated: Mar/13/2026 Job Description Serve as the primary financial partner to plant leadership, providing insights that support operational and strategic decisions. Analyze plant performance to identify cost variances, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. Develop and maintain financial KPIs and performance metrics aligned with plant objectives. Track capital expenditures and operating expenses, ensuring projects meet financial targets and timelines. Support monthly forecasting, annual operating plans, and financial close activities including reconciliations and variance analysis. Improve cost visibility by supporting Bills of Material (BOM), routings, and product cost standards. Partner with operations and procurement teams to identify cost-reduction opportunities, productivity improvements, and working capital gains. Strengthen financial processes and support ERP/SAP systems to improve reporting and data workflows. Contribute to operational and financial improvements that enhance overall plant profitability.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting. 7+ years of finance experience, including 2+ years in manufacturing cost accounting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate financial data into operational insights. Experience partnering with plant leadership and operations teams. Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems, with SAP experience preferred. Experience with forecasting, budgeting, and financial close processes. Ability to work in both office and plant-floor environments. Willingness to work onsite Monday-Friday with limited travel (less than 10 days per year). Why is This a
