Analyze plant performance to identify cost variances, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. Develop and maintain financial KPIs and performance metrics aligned with plant objectives. Track capital expenditures and operating expenses, ensuring projects meet financial targets and timelines. Support monthly forecasting, annual operating plans, and financial close activities including reconciliations and variance analysis. Improve cost visibility by supporting Bills of Material (BOM), routings, and product cost standards. Partner with operations and procurement teams to identify cost-reduction opportunities, productivity improvements, and working capital gains. Strengthen financial processes and support ERP/SAP systems to improve reporting and data workflows. Contribute to operational and financial improvements that enhance overall plant profitability.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting. 7+ years of finance experience, including 2+ years in manufacturing cost accounting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate financial data into operational insights. Experience partnering with plant leadership and operations teams. Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems, with SAP experience preferred. Experience with forecasting, budgeting, and financial close processes.
