Technical Accounting Manager Role:
Internal and external reporting, including filing 10-Ks and 10-Qs Researching technical accounting issues XBRL reporting Accounting for equity transactions and EPS calculations Experience Needed for the
Technical Accounting Manager:
Bachelor's degree in accounting with ideally 5+ years of experience , including SEC reporting Experience with equity accounting and EPS calculations CPA preferred , but not required Strong understanding of GAAP, FASB, and XBRL Why Work Here as a Technical Accounting Manager?
