Job Description

Automotive Sales & Finance Manager $80,000 - $120,000 a year Job Description We are a family-owned used car dealership looking for a versatile Sales & Finance Manager to learn our day-to-end operations. Currently, our dealership is managed by a small team that handles every touchpoint of the customer journey. We are looking for a motivated professional to mirror a "desk-to-delivery" role. This is a unique opportunity and you will spend the first few months working alongside our current manager to learn the day to day process. You will be responsible for the entire sale, including: Greeting customers, conducting test drives, and building rapport. Full F&I Responsibility including structuring deals, submitting credit applications, and securing finance approvals through our lender network. Sale & Delivery Coordination managing the service and reconditioning locations to ensure vehicles are prepped and ready for a seamless delivery. Inventory & Logistics ensuring the lot is organized and vehicles are presented at the highest standard.
Experience required:
Proven track record in automotive sales and F&I (Finance & Insurance). You must understand how to get a deal bought and funded. Versatility and someone that enjoys being "the person" in charge of the floor, the desk, and the delivery. Integrity is key with a family-owned business, our reputation is everything. We need someone who treats every customer with transparency and respect. Reliability and the ability to transition into a full-time leadership capacity. Clean driving record and active drivers license
Benefits & Compensation Salary Range:
$80,000 - $120,000 per year (Base pay & Commissions) Training will be side-by-side with the current manager to ensure your success. Great family-owned atmosphere without the "corporate" grind of a franchise store. Full-time schedule is Monday - Saturday (Sundays off)
