Accounting Manager

Responsibilities Budget Management Manage general ledger and trial balance Manage daily/weekly reports, calendars, journal entries, and account reconciliations Ensure compliance with financial regulations including quarterly and year end reporting Track, manage, and forecast budgets for all revenue and expense categories Banking & Day-to-Day Finance Manage banking operations for daily business activities Oversee dedicated merchandise and operations accounts Ticket Sales & Settlements Coordinate ticket sales settlements with AMP Box Office and RICCA Manage settlements for P-Bruins, group sales, and PSE Sales Oversee annual suite agreements and reconciliations Merchandise & Promotional Purchasing Oversee purchasing for team store and online shop inventory Oversee procurement of theme jerseys and promotional materials Hockey Operations Expenses Coordinate and manage hockey-related expenses including transportation (bus/flights/shipping), hotel accommodations, and per diem Track and reconcile fixed hockey operations expenses Ticket Sales & Marketing Expenses Coordinate and manage expense budgets for sales, marketing, and hockey operations departments Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Accounting 2+ years experience in the field of Accounting Proficiency with standard accounting software Ability to produce comprehensive financial reports and dashboards covering all revenue and expense lines using applicable programs Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate collaborative communication with colleagues and management Local Candidates Preferred - Residing in Rhode Island and Southeastern Massachusetts Benefits Fun, energized work environment 401k with employee match upon qualifying Strong health care benefits - medical and dental Group life insurance About the
