RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes Own financial models and ensure accurate reporting (budget vs. actuals, KPIs) Partner with business leaders to support revenue growth and cost optimization Oversee and mentor FP&A analysts, guiding day-to-day execution and development Prepare and deliver executive-level reporting and presentations Improve financial systems, models, and reporting for actionable insights Support ad hoc analysis and strategic initiatives as needed

IDEAL FP&A MANAGER PROFILE
