This is a hands-on position including: Preparing annual budgets, monthly financial statements, monthly housing/grant billing, income statements, balance sheets, cash flow, and other fiscal analysis and reporting; Oversight of bookkeeping, AP/AR functions, and payroll; Responsibility for overall fiscal quality, accuracy and compliance, including writing procedures, developing processes and financial controls; Audit preparation and coordination of all audits; Uploading ADP to Sage 50; Submitting HUD billing.
