Automotive Finance and Insurance Manager

ALM Automotive Group, the largest used car retailer in Florence, South Carolina, is seeking an experienced F&I manager/producer for ALM Hyundai of Florence. ALM Hyundai of Florence currently has 300 preowned vehicles on the lot, ready to go! Along with the 300 preowned vehicle on site, we have a giant inventory of 4,000 vehicles within the our group. We are growing and have new, exciting opportunities for the right candidate who is motivated, knowledgeable, and willing to take their earning potential to the next level. A six-figure income is realistic and attainable in this role. Last year our producers made well over $200K. ALM is not your typical dealership

Requirements:

• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to close the deal.
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
• Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product explanation, sales techniques, and sales control systems.
• Knowledge of laws, regulations, agency rules.
• Knowledge is great, but we also need you to be able to prove that you're that you've made a difference in Automotive sales.
