Job Description
Role Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Finance Manager with strong expertise in project finance, debt structuring, and financial modelling. The role involves end-to-end management of funding activities, stakeholder coordination, and financial strategy alignment to support business growth.Key Responsibilities:
1. Transaction Execution Lead end-to-end debt raising mandates from banks, NBFCs, and capital markets. Structure optimized financing solutions aligned with business objectives. Develop and maintain detailed financial models for project financing. Support and drive negotiations with lenders to secure competitive terms. Execute high-value transactions from mandate to financial closure. 2. Stakeholder & Vendor Management Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, and capital market participants. Coordinate with lenders, legal advisors, consultants, and internal teams for seamless execution. 3. Risk Monitoring & Compliance Ensure timely drawdowns and adherence to pre- and post-disbursement conditions. Monitor funded projects and identify early warning signals. Maintain thorough understanding of project approvals, legal documentation, mortgage, and registration processes. Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, and banking guidelines. 4. Financial Planning & Analysis Manage budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes (internal and HQ). Develop MIS reports and dashboards for management decision-making. Conduct financial analysis to support business planning and strategic initiatives. 5. Due Diligence & Documentation Manage lender due diligence processes for project financing. Handle negotiations and review of legal agreements related to loan funding. 6. Market Intelligence & Strategy Stay updated on trends in project finance, credit markets, and structured finance. Collaborate with internal teams to align funding strategies with project timelines and business goals.Qualifications & Requirements:
MBA/PGDM
in Finance (preferred). CA candidates with relevant experience may also apply. Proven experience in closing project financing and working capital deals. Strong expertise in financial modelling (advanced level). Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills. Strong network with Banks, Financial Institutions, Credit Rating Agencies, Lenders' Consultants (LIE/LLC), etc.Preferred Skills:
Strategic thinking with strong problem-solving ability. High attention to detail and compliance orientation. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex transactions.Pay:
