Direct Hire Job Summary Lincoln Group is hiring a Accounting Manager looking to grow long term into more Leadership opportunities for a growing multi-state, multi-site healthcare organization based in Greenville, SC. This is a hands-on, traditional Accounting Manager role responsible for overseeing all accounting operations, financial reporting, and close processes in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities Lead full-cycle accounting:
GL, AP/AR, payroll oversight Manage intercompany accounting across multiple entities Own month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close Perform and review account & bank reconciliations Prepare financial statements and reporting Support financial analysis and leadership reporting Lead audit preparation and ensure GAAP compliance Oversee all accounting and finance functions Manage and mentor accounting team (Senior + Staff Accountants) Systems & Tools NetSuite (required) Power BI (preferred) Athenahealth / EMR systems (plus) Qualifications Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance 7-10+ years of accounting experience Has a CPA preferred Prior Accounting Manager Experience Strong experience in: Multi-entity / multi-state accounting Intercompany accounting Month-end close & reconciliations Healthcare experience required Why This Role High-impact role reporting to CFO and executive leadership Opportunity to lead accounting in a growing healthcare organization
