Finance Manager Key Responsibilities:
Offering vehicle financing and insurance to customers and providing them with a thorough explanation of aftermarket products and extended warranties and a complete explanation of manufacturer and dealership service procedures and policies. Working with lending institutions and maintaining good working relationships to secure competitive interest rates and financing programs. Processing financing and leasing deals accurately and securing approval through financial sources and through the proper federal, state and corporate channels. Understanding and complying with federal, state/local regulations as well as Manufacturer and Lender requirements that affect the new and used-vehicle and finance departments. Creating and maintaining a program with the sales department that will ensure all new sales are referred to the F&I department. Training and providing the sales team with information on finance and lease programs and the benefits of the dealership's financing and extended service programs. Introducing customers to the service department and working with the service department to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction. Proactively communicating potential issues with customers, management, and other departments in order to provide the best possible customer experience. Maintaining a professional personal appearance and workspace. Meeting Manufacturer and Dealership KPI metrics. Completing required dealership training and staying up-to date on the latest program requirements. All associates should abide by company policy and departmental best practices and procedures and perform other duties as assigned. Requirements and Qualifications:
Available to work full-time hours. Shifts vary; Dealership Operates Monday - Saturday; Scheduling may require weekends before/after business hours. High school diploma or the equivalent Authorized to work in the USA for any employer Previous experience in a similar role is preferred Intermediate communication, problem-solving, and mathematical skills using American units of measure.
