FP&A Manager

We are searching for a strong FP&A Manager to join a rapidly growing, professional services organization. The FP&A Manager will play a key role in driving financial visibility, operational insight, and strategic decision-making across the business. Essential Duties & Functions Generate, maintain, and distribute recurring financial and operational reporting to provide visibility into company performance across locations, service lines, and key business metrics. Analyze trends in revenue, gross margin, labor productivity, overhead, and other operational and financial drivers to support decision-making. Prepare executive-level reporting packages, dashboards, presentations, and variance analyses for leadership and private equity stakeholders. Support monthly, quarterly, and annual budgeting and forecasting processes, including consolidating inputs, evaluating assumptions, and developing financial models. Build and maintain Excel-based models and reporting tools for forecasting, KPI tracking, scenario analysis, business case development, and operational reporting. Partner with accounting and operational leaders to ensure accuracy and alignment between financial reporting, source data, and business activity. Assist with incentive compensation reporting and calculations, including validating data, preparing summaries, and supporting timely payouts. Perform ad-hoc financial and operational analyses related to strategic initiatives, pricing, productivity improvement, margin enhancement, and growth opportunities. Support special projects and cross-functional initiatives, including process improvement, acquisition integration, and reporting standardization efforts. Help develop scalable FP&A processes, reporting frameworks, and analytical tools to support continued organizational growth. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information while contributing to a collaborative, accountable, and results-oriented culture. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field required. 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, strategic finance, or a related analytical role. Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis within a multi-site or operationally complex environment preferred. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required, including financial modeling, pivot tables, lookups, logical formulas, charts, and data analysis tools. Experience with business intelligence and reporting platforms such as Power BI strongly preferred. Familiarity with ERP and financial planning systems, such as NetSuite, preferred. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights. Ability to create concise, executive-ready reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership audiences. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across finance, operations, and executive leadership teams. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
