Job Description:
A client of ours in Hilton Head is looking to hire a Revenue Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will enjoy helping with the guest experience, driving revenue strategy, and coaching a team with excellent guest services standards. This is a direct hire role and fully onsite.
Responsibilities:
Help to lead and develop a team of vacation planners Drive revenue through smart booking strategies and upsell opportunities Work with forecasting, reporting, and performance metrics to support business goals Manage staffing requirements and help to interview, hire and train new employees
Qualifications:
Experience working with full service resorts Ability to contribute to employee development Reservation Department management experience Strong communication skills
Benefits & Compensation:
$65k - $70K + commission PTO, Health Insurance, 401k
