What You'll Do As our F&I Manager, you will play a key role in the customer experience and dealership profitability by: Presenting financing options and guiding customers through the approval process Selling F&I products including extended warranties, service contracts, and protection plans Reviewing and evaluating credit applications Structuring deals for maximum profitability while maintaining compliance Accurately completing and submitting all financing paperwork Building and maintaining relationships with lenders and financing partners Supporting and training the sales team on financing processes Delivering a smooth, transparent, and positive buying experience What You Bring Previous F&I or automotive finance experience required Strong sales mindset with a track record of performance Ability to structure deals and maximize gross profit Excellent communication and customer service skills High attention to detail and accuracy Confidence working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Leadership mindset with the ability to influence and support a team Professional, ethical, and customer-first approach Why Join Next2New Automotive?
