Finance (F&I) Manager

What You'll Do:

Present and sell financing, warranty, insurance, and aftermarket products to customers Close RV deals by structuring finance deals and securing lender approvals Work closely with the sales team to create a seamless, high-quality customer experience Manage all finance and titling paperwork while maintaining full regulatory compliance Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, lenders, and finance partners

What You Bring:

Previous experience in Finance & Insurance (F&I), automotive/RV sales, banking, or lending is preferred but not required We are happy to train and develop the right candidate who is highly motivated with a strong banking or sales background Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Strong sales aptitude and comfort presenting financial products High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Professional appearance and a customer-first mindset
