Vehicle Financing:
Assist customers in securing financing for their vehicle purchases by collaborating with lending agencies. Evaluate credit applications and facilitate loan approvals for customers.
Aftermarket Options and Warranties:
Provide detailed information to customers about aftermarket options and warranties available for their vehicle purchases. Facilitate the purchase of aftermarket products to enhance the overall ownership experience.
Sales Team Training:
Conduct training sessions for the sales team to ensure they are well-versed in financing options and aftermarket products. Work closely with sales teams to meet dealership sales goals.
Customer Education:
Educate customers on various financing alternatives and aftermarket products, ensuring they make informed decisions. Clearly communicate the benefits of additional products and services available through the dealership.
Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and dealership policies during the financing process. Stay informed about industry changes and updates related to financing and insurance practices.
Documentation and Record Keeping:
Oversee the accurate and timely completion of financial documentation for vehicle purchases. Maintain organized records related to financing and insurance transactions.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance overall satisfaction. Address any customer concerns related to financing and insurance in a professional and efficient manner.
Requirements:
Experience is strongly preferred but not required. Must be 18 or older. Valid Driver's license with motorcycle endorsement. Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen with a clean driving record. We are an equal-opportunity employer. #hc247047
