Company Profile Iron Lion Entries, LLC (ILE) designs and sells architectural steel doors, walls and windows for luxury homes and high-end commercial applications. Now in its 15th year, the Company continues to grow at a tremendous rate. ILE is family-owned and run by successful and experienced members of that family. Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Manager to join our finance team. This role is vital in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting various accounting functions across the organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical accounting skills, familiarity with industry-standard software, and a solid understanding of financial concepts. This is a full time salaried position working on location in the Fairview office. The annual salary range is $70,000 - $90,000. Responsibilities & Qualifications ∙ Proven experience in accounting roles with knowledge of double entry bookkeeping, general ledger accounting, and account reconciliation to identify and resolve discrepancies or errors. ∙ Strong understanding of financial concepts including debits & credits, journal entries, and analysis skills. ∙ Prepare and review journal entries, general ledger reconciliations, and month-end closing activities. ∙ Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments. ∙ Excellent data entry skills and strong ability to maintain accurate records. ∙ Handle customer service inquiries about billing or account status with professionalism and courtesy. ∙ Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively. ∙ Familiarity with payroll systems and benefits administration processes. ∙ Knowledge of industry standards such as GAAP. ∙ Experience with tax preparation or tax-related procedures. ∙ Experience with foreign currency and international banking. ∙ Professional and timely responses to audit inquiries from state and local governments. ∙ Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. ∙ On-boarding tasks including obtaining background checks, facilitating drug screening, entering employee information in accounting system, and granting access to various systems employees need to perform their duties. ∙ Manage corporate credit card accounts by posting all charges with correct GL assignments and reviewing employee activity for compliance to company policies. ∙ Manage inventory with system uploads and vendor billing. ∙ Facilitate foreign and domestic ACH and wire transfers. ∙ Proficiency using QuickBooks and other software. ∙ Strong sense of urgency and reliable follow-through. ∙ Other duties as assigned.
Education / Experience
∙ Bachelors Degree minimum requirement; CPA preferred. ∙ Minimum 5 years of recent accounting experience is required.

$70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
