Principal Company Overview Glenview Partners is a real estate investment and development firm specializing in acquiring and developing industrial properties. We focus on strategic acquisitions, ground-up development, and value-add repositioning across key U.S. markets. Our team brings deep market knowledge and executional expertise to deliver long-term value to our partners and tenants. Position Summary We are looking for a smart, driven, and highly organized Bookkeeper or Accounting Manager to join our team. This is an mid-level position ideal for candidates with 2-5 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, finance, real estate, or related fields. The role will be responsible for execution, and eventual oversight, of all bookkeeping, accounts receivable, accounts payable, financial aspects of investor reporting, and tax preparation with our external accounting firm. Additionally, the role will entail various aspects of underwriting and structuring the equity and debt of each investment. This role offers excellent exposure to the full lifecycle of a real estate investment and an opportunity to directly work with the Principal in growth of the firm. Key Responsibilities Accounting Maintain the general ledger and chart of accounts across all entities. Process accounts payable and receivable, vendor payments, and expense tracking. Reconcile bank and loan accounts monthly. Manage payroll processing and coordinate with our payroll provider. Coordinate with our CPA on quarterly and annual tax filings as well as K-1s. Investor Fundraising & Financial Reporting Manage investor contributions and reporting. Assist in fundraising efforts on each new investment. Ongoing Portfolio Support Track budgets, timelines, and key milestones to support smooth deal execution. Help coordinate due diligence activities including site visits, third-party reports, and document review. Assist in tracking leasing activity, project performance, and construction progress. Help prepare reporting materials for investors, lenders, and senior management. Qualifications Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting management within corporate sectors. Preference for prior experience in real estate. Preference for Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or related field. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel & QuickBooks. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Interest in commercial real estate and a willingness to learn. Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary and annual performance bonus, commensurate with experience. Pay:
$50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
