Our client, a rapidly growing organization with private equity support, is looking for a hands-on Accounting Manager to oversee day-to-day accounting operations and help scale the finance function. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, driving process efficiencies, maintaining strong internal controls, and supporting the overall financial health of the business. The Accounting Manager will lead a team across multiple accounting functions while partnering with senior leadership to provide financial visibility, operational support, and strategic insight .
