Job Description
High-growth CPG company is seeking its first Accounting Manager/Controller to build and lead the accounting function from the ground up. This is a hands-on, high-impact role ideal for someone who enjoys creating structure in a scaling environment - owning everything from close to inventory/cost accounting while driving process improvements and system optimization in NetSuite. You'll partner closely with leadership to create scalable processes, improve visibility into financials, and support continued growth.
