is looking for a dynamic Finance Business Partner who will be responsible for the FP&A function in a rapidly growing business. This role will provide financial consulting and strategic support to leadership, including preparing presentations, analyses of operating results and trends, industry/peer group analysis, forecasting, and other projects requested by management. This position acts as the analytical engine of the business to provide insights and support optimal business decision-making. What You'll Do
  • Lead the annual budgeting and monthly forecast update processes and help develop value-added analyses of the projections
  • Analyze key drivers of revenue and expense in order to provide tactical information and actionable ideas that improve business performance
  • Responsible for the analysis of regular reporting of variances against the annual plan and forecasts
  • Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives
  • Support the Leadership Team and department heads with in-depth analysis
  • Prepare presentations for the Leadership Team
  • Serve as the primary finance business partner to Sales, Design, Marketing, and Operations teams. Providing forward‑looking insights to support improved operational planning and execution
  • Operates as the liaison between Financial Accounting and the rest of the business to help improve operational excellence. This includes, but is not limited to, supporting billing, cash management, accounts payable, purchasing, payroll, contracts management, insurance/bonding, and project management processes
  • Lead business process improvement initiatives to improve efficiency, scalability, and decision quality What You'll Need
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 5+ years of financial analysis or finance business partnering experience in a complex, growth‑oriented organization.
  • Experience in high-volume construction or installation business is preferred
  • A well-rounded skillset, with experience across multiple aspects of construction and accounting operations, is preferred
  • Advanced level experience with Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, PowerBI, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Dynamics 365
  • Operations focused mind-set with the ability to work constructively and proactively, with many different functions (sales, logistics, installation, manufacturing)
  • Highest standards of accuracy and precision
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Strategic and creative thinker with the ability to solve complex mathematical problems
