The Revenue Manager is the operational engine of The NRP Group's Revenue & Asset Strategy team — driving the critical day-to-day work that keeps assets priced accurately, revenue plans on track, and properties performing to their full potential. This role sits at an important cross-functional level, working closely with Regional Property Managers, Asset Managers, Marketing Managers, Community Managers, and other key stakeholders to ensure decisions are aligned and every asset is positioned for maximum impact. The ability to bring the right people to the same conclusion — and do it consistently — is as important as the analytical work itself. This position is ideal for a driven, analytically minded professional who thrives in a fast-moving environment and wants to be part of building something. The Revenue Manager will own an assigned portfolio spanning NRP's national footprint — working across market-rate and affordable assets at every stage of the asset lifecycle, with a significant concentration in Texas markets including San Antonio, Austin, Dallas, and Houston. NRP operates its second headquarters out of San Antonio, and candidates based in Texas are strongly preferred, though the role extends well beyond Texas and will require engagement across NRP's broader national portfolio. Data Storytelling The ability to build a narrative around visualized market data to convey insights and foster data-driven decisions by site teams. Business Acumen Interpreting market and economic conditions to ensure all advisory recommendations are grounded in financial reality. Decision Agility & Prioritization Evaluating demands and applying sound judgment to make timely recommendations in fast-paced environments. Process Oriented Adhering to strict formatting in Monday.com and RevIQ so their "strong advice" is based on clean, referenceable data. This is not a department that inherited its playbook. Every process, system, and standard was created intentionally, and the team has become a meaningful part of how NRP drives performance across its portfolio. As NRP continues to grow, so does this team. The vision is not just to keep pace with the company's expansion but to continuously identify new areas of value — finding opportunities others aren't looking for and building the capabilities to capture them. The Revenue Manager positions are central to that ambition. The right person will not just grow into this role — they will help define what it becomes.
