This role will oversee daily accounting activities, manage a small team, and partner with leadership to support strategic business decisions. Key Responsibilities Oversee AP, AR, general ledger, fixed assets, cash management, and account reconciliations. Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes. Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with GAAP. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis efforts. Develop and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls. Coordinate internal and external audits and support tax compliance activities. Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership. Mentor and develop accounting staff while fostering a collaborative team environment. Drive process improvements and support ERP/system enhancements. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA preferred. 7+ years of progressive accounting experience. 3+ years of management or supervisory experience. Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls.
