Revenue Operations Manager - Deer Park, Texas Universal Plant Services is looking to hire a Revenue Operations Manager to join our growing team. This leadership role will support Sales & Marketing by driving CRM strategy, forecasting, KPI reporting, pipeline management, sales enablement, and cross-functional collaboration across Operations, Finance, and Business Systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage CRM strategy, optimization, and reporting processes Develop and maintain sales forecasting and revenue reporting tools Monitor KPIs, pipeline activity, and sales performance metrics Support sales enablement initiatives and process improvements Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Business Systems teams Analyze data trends to identify opportunities for growth and operational efficiency Improve reporting accuracy and streamline workflows across departments Assist leadership with strategic planning and revenue operations initiatives We're looking for a strong, data-driven leader with experience in: Sales Operations and Revenue Operations CRM Management and Optimization Forecasting and Pipeline Management KPI Reporting and Data Analytics Process Improvement and Cross-Functional Collaboration Industrial or service-based environments preferred If you're ready to make an impact and help drive commercial performance and operational excellence, we'd love to hear from you!
