Our mission is to prepare students for successful careers in aviation through high-quality, industry-focused training. As a non-accredited institution, we provide alternative financing solutions and personalized support to help students achieve their educational goals. Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and student-focused Finance Manager to oversee student financing operations, payment programs, and financial counseling for prospective and enrolled students. This role is critical in helping students understand available funding options and ensuring compliance with applicable lending, institutional, and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate has experience in education financing, consumer lending, financial services, admissions financing, or vocational/trade school funding programs. Responsibilities Counsel prospective and current students on available financing options for flight training and aviation maintenance programs. Manage relationships with private lenders, financing partners, and payment plan providers. Evaluate financing applications and assist students through the approval process. Develop and administer institutional payment plans. Maintain accurate student financing records and documentation. Collaborate with Admissions, Student Services, and Accounting departments to facilitate student enrollment and retention. Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and institutional regulations related to consumer financing. Monitor accounts receivable and assist with collection efforts when necessary. Prepare financing reports, forecasts, and management summaries. Identify and implement new funding opportunities for students. Train staff on financing programs, procedures, and compliance requirements. Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality. Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in student finance, consumer lending, financial services, admissions finance, banking, or related fields. Strong understanding of private lending programs, payment plans, and financial counseling. Experience working in vocational, career, technical, aviation, or trade school environment. Background in admissions, finance, or enrollment management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and analytical abilities. Proficiency with CRM, student information systems, Microsoft Office, and financial software. Ability to manage sensitive financial information with discretion. Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Pay:
$85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
