Required Skills:
Strong foundation in accounting, with public company or SEC reporting experience preferred Expertise in month-end close, financial reporting, and internal controls, including SOX compliance Advanced Excel skills Proven experience with ERP systems, ideally NetSuite Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities Experience with process automation and system integration Nice toHave Skills:
Background in acquisitions or international operations Technical accounting proficiency Leadership experience in managing and mentoring teamsPreferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's or CPA preferred) Significant prior experience in accounting within a public company environment, especially involving system implementations or transformations Prior exposure to cross-border operations and complex transaction supportOther Requirements:
