Job Description:
F&I Manager Duties:
  • Oversee and manage the finance and insurance department of the dealership
  • Assist GM with Sales Dept related duties
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers
  • Process loan applications and secure financing for vehicle purchases
  • Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to track customer interactions and follow up on leads
  • Conduct thorough financial analysis to determine loan eligibility and present financing options to customers
  • Explain and sell extended warranties, service contracts, and other aftermarket products to customers
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Truth in Lending Act (TILA)
  • Coordinate with lenders, insurance companies, and other third-party vendors to finalize loan and insurance paperwork
  • Handle title processing and ensure accurate completion of all necessary documentation
Skills:
  • Menu Selling F&I Products
  • Strong proficiency in 10-key typing for accurate data entry
  • Extensive knowledge of financial services related to automotive industry
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building rapport and trust
  • Ability to upsell and effectively communicate the value of additional products or services
  • Experience in loan processing and working as a loan officer
  • Familiarity with dealership operations and processes
  • Understanding of TILA regulations and compliance requirements This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced F&I Manager to join our team.
