This opportunity is specifically designed for: Corporate leaders Business owners Military officers and veterans Consultative sales professionals Former collegiate or professional athletes High-performing relationship-driven professionals This is not a traditional entry-level sales role. It is a structured, merit-based leadership track engineered to transition high-performing professionals into management and partner-level opportunities within 12-24 months , based on achievement of clearly defined performance milestones. You will first build and master your own financial services practice using New York Life's consultative client model before transitioning into recruiting, mentoring, and developing your own team of financial professionals.
