You will be the Finance Manager for the PrSM team, a critical and dynamic program. Our team is responsible for driving financial excellence, strategic pursuits, and program growth. What You Will Be Doing The Finance Manager (Level 5) will lead and execute strategic cost‑reduction and affordability initiatives that support the PrSM. This role is responsible for developing rigorous financial models, authoring business cases for Munition Acceleration, and integrating cost‑optimization strategies into the Long‑Range Planning (LRP) process to enhance profitability and sustain program affordability. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Understanding of munition life‑cycle cost structures, defense acquisition processes, and long‑range planning (LRP) frameworks. Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to translate technical data into clear business insights for senior audiences.Desired Skills:
Advanced proficiency in Excel (including VBA/macros), financial modeling tools, and data‑visualisation software. Familiarity with SAP/Oracle ERP systems is a plus. Proven track record of influencing cross‑functional teams, driving consensus, and delivering results in complex, matrix‑ed environments. MBA or advanced degree preferred.Security Clearance Statement:

The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.Work Schedules:
