You will be the Multi‑Functional Finance Manager for the Integrated Air and Missile Defense Finance team. Our team is responsible for delivering rigorous financial analysis, planning, and earned‑value management to support high‑impact defense development programs. What You Will Be Doing As the Multi‑Functional Finance Manager you will be responsible for leading a finance team that provides analysis for orders, sales, EBIT, cash forecasting, and Earned Value Management implementation. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Direct financial analysis and reporting for orders, sales, EBIT, and cash flow. Implement and oversee Earned Value Management processes for development programs. Develop and maintain integrated financial planning models supporting program decisions. Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary finance team to ensure high‑quality deliverables. Collaborate with program, engineering, and acquisition stakeholders to align financial strategy with mission objectives. Program team leadership skills Orders, Sales, EBIT and Cash forecasting Strong EVMS (Earned Value Management System) skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong analytical, and presentation skills Aptitude to facilitate results, self-starter attitude, process oriented, structured problem solver Interest in Technical details . Microsoft office suite skills with emphasis on Excel pivot tables, Word & PowerPoint.Desired Skills:
Knowledge of EVMS business rhythms Knowledge of OSEC rhythm Bachelors degree in Finance or Business Administration. Experience managing subordinates. The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.Work Schedules:
