Job Description:

Requirements Financial Analysis & Reporting Develop and maintain financial dashboards and KPI reports for senior leadership. Perform variance analysis comparing actual results to budget and forecast, identifying trends and providing actionable insights. Build financial models to support strategic initiatives, pricing decisions, and capital expenditure analysis. Prepare ad-hoc analysis and special projects as requested by leadership. Partner with department heads to understand operational drivers and translate them into financial impact. Support the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes. General Ledger & Accounting Operations Maintain and reconcile the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP. Prepare and post journal entries, including accruals, prepaids, depreciation, and intercompany transactions. Perform monthly bank reconciliations and balance sheet account reconciliations. Manage fixed asset accounting, including capitalization, depreciation schedules, and disposals. Ensure proper revenue recognition in accordance with ASC 606 and government contract accounting requirements (FAR/DFAR) where applicable. Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions as needed. Month-End and Year-End Close Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process, ensuring timely and accurate completion. Produce and distribute monthly financial packages for leadership review. Prepare financial statements including balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement. Develop and maintain close checklists and schedules to improve efficiency and ensure completeness. Coordinate with external auditors during annual audits and provide supporting documentation. Assist with tax filings and compliance reporting as required.
