Revenue Accounting Manager Compensation:
$130,000•$150,000 annually, depending on experience
Location:
Houston, Texas Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Revenue Accounting Manager to join their team! Join an industry leader in oil and gas, renowned for its stable, long-term business model and commitment to excellence. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a talented team, drive revenue growth, and make a tangible impact on the future of the company. The role is open due to the company's expansion and need for experienced leadership in their revenue accounting department.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
Lead a team of 7 Revenue staff Manage revenue accruals and filings Analyze monthly revenue trends Oversee month-end accrual close processing Implement process improvements and internal controls Collaborate with internal departments Support acquisition and divestiture activities Manage DR21W reporting
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Undergraduate degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience 10+ years of oil and gas revenue accounting experience 4+ years supervisory experience 8+ years experience with Excalibur or similar software Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, and Office skills Nice to
Have Skills & Experience:
Accredited Petroleum Accountant (APA) accreditation Experience with asset acquisitions and divestitures Proficiency with
