Job Description:
Senior Finance Associate-Deal Execution Our client in Houston is looking to hire a Senior Associate with experience who will own and help execute transactions. This role is going to have a higher level of independence and be responsible for working with the junior finance team on transaction modeling, diligence, and reporting. They'll also be more involved in their strategic efforts in growing the business. This Senior Associate will essentially help manage deal flow to their landowner-focused origination channel. This role is ideal for a finance professional who enjoys building models, working with data, and partnering closely with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced but stable environment. Responsibilities Build and maintain financial models for investment and portfolio analysis Support investment materials and internal reporting Analyze asset performance and capital deployment Improve financial processes and analytical tools Collaborate across teams on transactions and ongoing asset management Profile ~5-7 years of experience in investment banking or corporate finance Strong financial modeling and analytical skills Advanced Excel; PowerPoint experience Detail-oriented, self-directed, and deadline-driven
Compensation:
$170k base plus bonus
