In this role, you will focus on our digital touch strategy, helping us engage hundreds of partners efficiently through one-to-many campaigns. You won't be expected to close deals or manage high-level strategy on day one. Instead, you will master the operational side of Partner Success, executing campaigns, managing data, and handling the administrative tasks that keep our partner ecosystem running smoothly. This role is designed as a launching pad. Master the operations and digital execution, and you will have a clear path toward becoming a Partner Success Manager or Operations Specialist. Responsibilities Build, schedule, and launch "one-to-many" email campaigns and newsletters using our marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Outreach). Monitor engagement signals (clicks, downloads, replies) to identify partners ready to grow, and proactively send them digital resources, best practices, and playbooks to help expand the partnership. Perform the essential "hygiene" work that powers our success—cleaning partner contact lists, updating CRM records (Salesforce/HubSpot), and manually verifying data accuracy before campaigns launch Handle repetitive but critical weekly tasks such as granting partner portal access, uploading resources, and tracking engagement metrics (open rates, click-throughs) in spreadsheets. Serve as the first line of defense for digital replies; triage basic questions, route complex issues to the right Partner Manager, and ensure no partner is left on "read." Learn our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for engagement and, over time, help us spot errors or inefficiencies to make the workflow faster. Who You Are (Requirements) Entry-Level / Early Career:
You have 0-2 years of experience. You might be a recent grad or someone looking to pivot into Tech/SaaS partnerships. Tech-Savvy & Detail-Oriented:
You are comfortable learning new software quickly. You are the type of person who double-checks the "Send To" list before hitting send and notices when a formatting link is broken. Okay with Repetition:
You understand that building a career starts with mastering the basics. You don't mind spending a few hours cleaning up a spreadsheet or scheduling a month's worth of social posts if it helps the team win. Strong Written Communication:

Experience with a CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot) or email tools (Mailchimp, Outreach). Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables are a plus).
