Job Description
Automotive Finance Manager We are seeking a high-performing Automotive Finance Manager to join our dealership team. The ideal candidate is a results-driven professional with strong product knowledge, excellent compliance standards, and the ability to deliver a transparent, customer-focused finance experience while maximizing profitability. This role requires a strong balance between sales performance, compliance, lender relationships, and team collaboration. Key Responsibilities Finance & Sales Performance Present finance, insurance, and protection products in a clear, compliant, and customer-friendly manner Maximize PVR, product penetration, and backend gross while maintaining high CSI Structure and submit deals to multiple lenders to secure competitive approvals Ensure accurate and timely funding of all contracts Compliance & Documentation Maintain strict adherence to state and federal compliance regulations Ensure all deals are completed accurately, signed correctly, and fully compliant Follow dealership policies, lender guidelines, and audit standards Maintain proper documentation for cash, finance, and lease contracts Customer Experience Deliver a professional, transparent, and pressure-free finance experience Clearly explain terms, rates, products, and options to customers Resolve customer questions or concerns related to financing or contracts Collaboration & Reporting Work closely with Sales Managers, Sales Consultants, and Accounting Communicate effectively with lenders and vendor partners Maintain accurate deal logs and daily/monthly performance reporting Participate in training, process improvement, and performance reviews Qualifications & Requirements 2+ years of Automotive Finance Manager experience required Proven track record of strong PVR and product penetration Knowledge of automotive lenders, indirect financing, and credit structures Strong understanding of compliance, documentation, and funding processes Excellent communication and closing skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Proficiency with dealership systems (DMS, F&I menus, lender portals) Preferred Skills Experience with digital / remote signing tools Strong organizational and time-management skills High attention to detail Team-oriented mindset with leadership potential Compensation & Benefits Competitive commission-based pay plan Performance bonuses Health, dental, and vision benefits Paid time off Ongoing training and career advancement opportunities Why Join Us Strong lender relationships Supportive leadership and clear expectations Performance-driven culture with growth opportunities Professional, compliant, and customer-focused environment
