Long Term Contract Overview We are seeking a Senior Asset Management Analyst to support fixed asset accounting, lease accounting, financial reporting, and process improvement initiatives within a large enterprise environment. This role will be responsible for maintaining asset accounting operations, supporting financial close activities, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and driving continuous improvement efforts across asset management processes. Responsibilities Maintain and support fixed asset accounting processes and procedures Manage fixed asset records, including acquisitions, transfers, settlements, and disposals Calculate depreciation and perform asset valuations Prepare and analyze fixed asset-related financial reports Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close activities Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analyses Support lease accounting administration and reporting requirements Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities related to capital assets Coordinate asset audits and compliance reviews Partner with cross-functional teams on capital expenditure planning Identify and implement process improvements within asset management operations Ensure compliance with GAAP and capitalization policies Support internal and external audit activities Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Accounting CPA Certification Public Accounting experience SAP ERP experience 3-10 years of accounting experience 3+ years of fixed asset accounting and/or lease accounting experience Experience with financial reporting, reconciliations, and month-end close activities Demonstrated process improvement experience Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications Big 4 Public Accounting experience Experience within a large corporate environment Advanced SAP expertise ASC 842 Lease Accounting experience Automotive industry experience Key Skills Fixed Asset Accounting Lease Accounting
