Job Description

We are seeking a Billing/Revenue Cycle Manager to lead and optimize our end-to-end revenue cycle operations. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient billing, coding, collections, and reimbursement processes while maintaining regulatory compliance and improving financial performance. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle processes, and a passion for driving operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Strategy
  • Provide leadership and direction for all revenue cycle operations, including patient access, coding, billing, collections, and denial management
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue, reduce denials, and improve cash flow
  • Lead and develop billing team Operations Management
  • Oversee daily revenue cycle workflows to ensure timely and accurate billing and collections
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as days in A/R, clean claim rate, denial rates, and collection ratios
  • Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements Collaboration
  • Partner with clinical, IT, and administrative teams to align revenue cycle processes
  • Support system implementations, upgrades, and process enhancements Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, Business, or related field Experience in or firm understanding of billing, coding, reimbursement Comfortable with managing teams and operations Key Skills Strategic leadership and decision-making Financial and data analysis Communication Problem-solving and attention to detail Proficient in excel Why us?
