PMPosition Summary:
Seeking an experienced Revenue Cycle Leader to oversee operations, improve claim performance, drive process improvements, and lead teams within a healthcare environment.
Responsibilities:
Lead revenue cycle operations with focus on reducing denials and improving clean claim rates Drive automation, workflow optimization, and front-end process improvements Monitor KPIs including denial rates, A/R, productivity, and claim acceptance metrics Identify root causes, implement solutions, and provide staff training/coaching Manage and develop teams across billing, coding, charge entry, A/R, and payment posting Collaborate with leadership on process improvements and system enhancements Develop policies and workflows to improve compliance, accuracy, and efficiency Ensure Medicare and regulatory compliance Promote accountability, proactive problem solving, and operational excellence Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
10+ years of healthcare revenue cycle experience required 5+ years of management experience required Strong knowledge of Medicare guidelines, billing regulations, and healthcare claims Medicare Advantage claims experience preferred EMR experience required Advanced Microsoft Excel and Office skills required Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered Knowledge of commercial, HMO, PPO, and Medicare billing practices preferred
