Company is very people centric with pride in the development of the team as well as in internal promotions. The Manager leads a solid, teamwork-oriented group, as well as oversees the development of monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reports.
Responsibilities:
  • Mentor and develop a solid collections team.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with internal and external business partners.
  • Assign, delegate, and coordinate work to the collections team.
  • Collaborate with management to resolve disputes and escalated customer (internal/external) issues.
  • Drive strategy execution
  • Identify potential gaps and recommend policy changes/process improvements to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Identify and developing risk mitigation strategies for a diverse customer base.
  • Manage Collection policies and procedures to ensure consistently and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with management to answers and resolve internal/external customer questions.
  • Lead special projects
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or experience in lieu of degree.
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong leadership with the ability to positively motivate, manage, and develop employees.
  • Effective influencing and persuasion skills .
  • Ability to determine strategy for methods/practices that monitor and measure goals
  • Minimum of Seven years of experience required.
  • Experience with collections software preferred.
  • Outgoing personality.
